This beautiful custom rigid Knucklehead chopper is propelled by a superb S&S 93 cubic-inch Knucklehead replica motor. The novel S&S KN93 engine is a modern version of Harley-Davidson's iconic but antique 1936-engineered 61 cubic-inch overhead valve engine. The KN93 is a well-engineered update of Harley’s original Knucklehead motor, with generator-style crankcases, overhead valves, a capacity increase from 74 to 93ci, and a stump-pulling 83 lb-ft of torque, delivered at around 3,000 rpm. The engine is paired with a polished Ultima 6-speed gearbox in an S&S transmission case and open 2" belt Ultima primary with a brand new Ultima clutch kit. It sits in a Kraft Tech rigid 1 ¼ inch frame which gives the bike a remarkably compact look. Sprinkled with brass and chrome with subtle hints of leather. Additional features: black springer front end, new TC Bros handlebar risers and mini ape handlebar, new Antigravity battery, Dyna electronic ignition, polished 6 speed transmission w/chromed hi torque starter (electric start only), Spyke Push Button starter assembly, new black leather seat with Biltwell seat hinge, S&S Super E carburetor, black louvered air filter assembly, Tinworks hydraulic clutch cover, Brand New Kustom Tech hydraulic clutch and front brake master cylinders. Brembo brake calipers front and rear. Custom mid controls (frame retains mounting points for forward foot controls). Brass accented headlight and rear/brake lights from RessurecXion Cycles. Black and chrome combination looks amazing, gets lots of compliments. New spark plugs, spark plug cables, new oil filter and oil change performed recently. Brand new brake and transmission fluids. Brand new hydraulic clutch and brake lines. Brand new Dunlop K180F front tire, brand new Continental K112 rear tire. The bike rolls on a 21-inch wheel up front with a 16-inch wheel in the rear. The rear is especially neat, with a 51 teeth sprocket. The exhaust pipes are internally baffled, sound great and are not too loud. Clear title in my name.
