Debbie's Dream House doll house from the 1960's. Not sure of exact age (doesn't say on box) but it has been advertised at 1963 on some sites.  

It's a good size house with lots of rooms. 

I had this as a kid and loved it. 

Instructions can be found online (I googled and was able to locate and use as a guide to set up the house).

Comes with everything shown in pictures. Missing some original furniture.

I don't have the pieces to the fireplace. 

I just built it and it has all the walls to complete the house. 

The floor is in okay condition (see pic), there's a tear in the cardboard (front).

Some rust on items due to age.

Comes with original box which is in pretty decent condition and is able to hold and store the dollhouse pieces.

The box is large and heavy. 

Working light/fireplace? Not sure if they work. The contacts will have to be cleaned. Haven't tested. Requires D batteries.
