You are bidding on a Vintage 1960s / 1970s Suede Fringed equestrian horse themed pyrographic burned art suede cape -  unisex One Size.

I bought this cape in Banff in a vintage shop in the late 80s and I think it dates from mid to late 60s. It has a really hippy "flower power" vibe to it. I have since researched the design that is depicted on the back of the cape - i.e. a horse head and a horseshoe. I have not been able to come across another one like this anywhere, so I think it's a bit of a one off. Am not sure of the origins of this cape, I think it's most probably made in Canada as that's where I bought it.

It looks fabulous on with a pair of jeans and a statement belt. 

Length at the back from collar to the end of the fringe is 97cm (just over 38").
