This is a 1930 Omega, Manual wind Mens Watch, 26638 with lovely Champagne dial.
The watch was manufactured in 1930 and houses the Omega calibre 26.5 SOB T2 manual winding movement. Its fully working and keeping good time (+- 30 seconds per day approx)
The watch is completely original and untouched, and comes on a new Brown Leather strap that pairs nicely.
The sunburst Champagne dial is stunning and as you can see, catches the light really well. Has some really nice flecks of patina which gives it a superb vintage look. Looks beautiful for its age.
The Blue hands and Roman numeral hour markers follow suit and give nice contrast against the dial.
The "Swiss made" logo is at the bottom of the dial.
These Omega watches have a timeless design that are still hugely popular today.
It's a really is a gorgeous piece and looks absolutely stunning on the wrist.
The original crystal is nice. It has some some clouding and a slight crack to the left hand side. Could easily be changed but I wanted to keep it original.
The case and crown show wear and has tarnishing but considering it's close to 100 years old I think looks stunning and has stood the test of time.
The watch houses the Omega calibre 26.5 SOB T2 manual winding movement and as you can see looks superb. These were a real work of art and were at the forefront of manual wind movements in the day.

Automatic watches- to fully wind an automatic watch, shake for around 60 seconds and wear on the wrist all day. You will find all watches should keep good time!
Manual winding - at the closed position, turn the crown clockwise until you start to feel some resistance (normally takes around 20-30 revolutions)
