Please read full description.   Unit has been stored a long time.  There is damage to the top left corner of the trim.  I hooked up unit and it started up fine.  I tested all the knobs and the buttons.  The EEQ "up" direction didn't work, but down worked fine to toggle through the EQs.  The right arrow worked, it just was more difficult to press than the other buttons.   I inserted a cd in and it played fine.  But when I put another CD in, it acted like it was trying to eject and then would sound liked it automatically tried multiple times, and would eject on the third one.  I tried other CD's and it would alternate where it would work sometime and other times it wouldn't. If it did accept it, it would play and go through the tracks fine. I am guessing the laser is probably dirty.  When ejecting the cd normally, the display would go dark. Not sure if this is normal.  Finally, the button to remove the faceplate presses, but the faceplate didn't pop off and I didn't fry to force it.

This is sold as "for parts not working".  I have described this to my best ability.
