This is a beautiful rich black velvet blazer by Tahari in size Large. Material is rayon and silk. Fully lined, two front snaps with decorative buttons. Sleeves are long and can be turned up. Classic notched lapel.  It is labeled Size:  M, but it best fits size 4.  See measurements.
