We are offering this exceptional vintage Italian Modernist ceramic tile artwork signed "Vallaori" & "La Grangi". This artwork features a hand-painted very stylized village scene using forced perspective. The tile's street and buildings are separated by varying densities of layered surface textures and painted in bold colours including beige, orange, brown, yellow, green, white, purple, blue and black with a lustrous glaze. The rectangular tile measures approximately: 10.5" height by 5" width by 0.5" depth. The tile can be installed as a feature or accent in a kitchen or bathroom or displayed as a standalone artwork. There is a hook on the reverse to hang the tile on a wall. The tile artwork is in perfect condition with no defects or damages. The tile has several markings including the artist signature "Vallaori" & "La Grangi" to the front and on the reverse are the impressed markings "CCC" & "Made in Italy".
