Ancol Muddy Paws Dog Coats

These high quality Ancol coats hold onto your dog's body with a large wrap around strap for the tummy and elasticated leg straps to hold the coat in place on the rear legs. They have a hole at the back of the neck where your dog's collar is located for attaching a lead but unfortunately if you use a harness then this coat will not be suitable.
However I do have a listing with the harness compatible versions of the Red & Blue which Ancol introduced recently which suit both collar & harness lead attachment so see the link at the bottom of the listing.
They come sized from X-Small to XX-Large so please measure your dog from collar to the base of the tail to get the right size and you can use the picture chart for examples. If your dog is between two sizes then pick the larger size as you can always tuck a bit of the coat back under itself.
Available in Blue, Red, Pink, Cream and Black with a removable Red thermal acrylic knitted jumper for those extra cold days. With the Black one you can also use the coat and jumper separately or together. The Cream coat is labelled as Sandstone by Ancol but the coats are much more a cream colour than sandstone. The Pink coats are slightly wider so will suit slightly bulkier breeds

The Pink coat features a reflective grey pattern and all the coats have reflective strips around the edge to improve visibility. They also all feature a fleece lining to keep your dog nice and warm in those winter months.
They are all made from a heavy duty coated nylon, and will keep your dog dry in most situations but if your dog decides to go for a swim in the coat then you will be out of luck as they aren't quite that waterproof.
I've never had one of these returned for being of a sub standard quality, only because the wrong size was ordered, so please measure your dog before placing your order but if you do end up with the wrong size or your dog measures correctly but the coat won't quite fit properly then please contact me to discuss an exchange
Delivery is FREE via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked - Delivery Time 2-3 working days. We dispatch all orders paid for by 1.30pm the same day, any orders paid after this time may not be dispatched until the next working day (please note Bank Holidays & Weekends are not classed as working days)

RETURNS- We are happy to accept returns or exchange items if you need a different size or colour - as long as the following conditions are met.
- You must inform us that you want to return the item no more than 30 days after receiving your item
- Ensure you send either the original invoice or a returns slip as this is required to process an exchange or refund.
- The item must be returned in its original packing, undamaged, bent or marked
- If returning a dog harness/coat please ensure they are clean and dog hair free
We understand that customers may want to try items on their pets to ensure they fit, this is fine, but please do not remove tags until you are sure you are happy with your purchase.
Items MUST be returned in perfect unused & re-saleable condition
If goods are found to be returned used, misused or damaged, we reserve the right to issue you a partial refund. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because of failure to collect or rearrange delivery with the post office, a re-delivery charge to the customer will be required before we can resend the item.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us. We do not accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post, so please ensure that your item is sent via a tracked service ensuring that the item is returned safely. Postage is non-refundable, we don't pay for return postage if item is being returned for an exchange or because you have decided you no longer wish to keep the item.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR ITEMS RECIVED IN ERROR
For any items that may be damaged in the post, received in error or are faulty please contact us through the eBay messaging system or click "return this item" next to the item in your purchase history in My eBay, a Pre-Paid returns postage label will be provided via eBay. Please ensure you send the original invoice or a returns slip as this is required to process your exchange or refund.

If you want to change the shipping address for your item this must be done before making your payment as we can not change the shipping address after purchase.
