The Van Damme Pro Grade Classic XKE instrument cable used in this lead is Robust, Flexible, relatively low capacitance and has an ultra pure oxygen free copper make up. We use this cable on many of our unbalanced leads and has  got high regard from many of our customers for sound quality. It has tight construction and dual screens  of conductive thermoplastic and close lapped copper ensure lower noise handling and excellent noise rejection. The internal signal conductor also has silver plating to help with high frequencies - we have had quite a few good comments about sound quality over the years due to this. There aren't many cables that come up to the quality of this cable.

We use Neutrik connectors which are regarded by many as being one of the best connectors available. These are robust heavy duty jack plugs made to last. These jack plugs are CNC machined in one piece not riveted this avoids tip break off which is very common on cheap jack plugs.

Cable Length Important Reference points

The cable is cut to length and the cable is then fitted to the connectors. Please note that 110mm of the cut cable will be inside the connector when made up. Please ensure you take this in to account when measuring up your leads. Other sellers may not tell you how they measure their leads but we think it is vital to be clear on this.
