This item is in like New Condition. Protective Plastic Cover on Hang Tag. This Bubbles has errors other Bubbles have, but what makes this one unique is he does not have a star on the Tush Tag, next to the Ty Logo. This is ONLY seen on Older Ty Beanie Babies.
