Ancol Cooling Coats, Mats, Cool Paws Freeze Toys & Portable Drinking Bowl

If the weather outside is too hot for your dog then these cooling products will be just the solution you will need. You can choose from a Cooling Vest or the Portable Drinking Bowl for when you are out walking or a cooling mat if you are sat outside in the garden so wherever you are you can rest assured your dog will be cool.

Cooling Vest - This can be plunged into water and then subsequently put onto your dog to reduce the risk of overheating and can be repeated whenever the vest dries out to keep your dog cool and happy on hot days. Featuring a belly strap to ensure a snug fit, the vest comes in 6 sizes so measure your dog from the base of the neck to the beginning of the tail and then the girth around the tummy. You can then choose from the following sizes and if you end up with a size that isn't quite right I am more than happy to exchange it. 

XS - 25cm (Max Girth - 50cm)

Small - 30cm (Max Girth - 60cm)

Medium - 40cm (Max Girth - 70cm)

Large - 50cm (Max Girth - 80cm)

XL - 60cm (Max Girth - 90cm)

XXL - 70cm (Max Girth - 100cm)

Cooling Mat - This is a fantastic product to keep your dog cool whilst in the garden or to rest on once they have been out and you can see they are hot due to them panting.

Here is the Science Bit - The Mat has a central Phase Change Material (PCM) core that instantly draws heat away from the dog and turns the core from solid to liquid which can reduce the temperature of a hot dog by 7°C and will last several hours, without relying on it being cooled in the fridge or charged.

The mat can be placed on the floor, on a bed or in a crate so wherever suits and The PCM core will re-solidify when the mat is left in a relatively cool place and will be ready to use again shortly after. The mat comes in 2 sizes as follows.

Medium - 45cm x 90cm (18" x 36")

Large - 60cm x 90cm (24" x 36")

Cool Paws Freeze & Play Toys - These are great toys for your dog to play with in hot weather to cool them down. They have a water soaked sponge core surrounded by a rubber outer that you simply put in your freezer and bring out when your dog wants to play. These aren't indestructible but are completely safe for your dog to play with however if they do chew through them then please dispose of them. They come in a choice of 3 cool Blue designs - Tyre, Ring or Lolly

Portable Drinking Bowl - Ensure your dog never goes thirsty with the Ancol Travel Water Bowl. It's lightweight and collapsible design allows it to be carried wherever you go without fuss. It can be opened out and filled whenever your dog needs food or a drink. The bowl has an 18cm x 15cm base with 12cm high sides and can hold up to a litre of water

Delivery is FREE via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked - Delivery Time 2-3 working days.  We dispatch all orders paid for by 1.30pm the same day, any orders paid after this time may not be dispatched until the next working day (please note Bank Holidays & Weekends are not classed as working days)

RETURNS- We are happy to accept returns or exchange items if you need a different size or colour - as long as the following conditions are met.  

• You must inform us that you want to return the item no more than 30 days after receiving your item

• Ensure you send either the original invoice or a returns slip as this is required to process an exchange or refund.

• The item must be returned in its original packing, undamaged, bent or marked 

• If returning a dog harness/coat please ensure they are clean and dog hair free

We understand that customers may want to try items on their pets to ensure they fit, this is fine, but please do not remove tags until you are sure you are happy with your purchase.  

Items MUST be returned in perfect unused & re-saleable condition

If goods are found to be returned used, misused or damaged, we reserve the right to issue you a partial refund.  If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because of failure to collect or rearrange delivery with the post office, a re-delivery charge to the customer will be required before we can resend the item.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us.  We do not accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post, so please ensure that your item is sent via a tracked service ensuring that the item is returned safely.  Postage is non-refundable, we don't pay for return postage if item is being returned for an exchange or because you have decided you no longer wish to keep the item.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR ITEMS RECIVED IN ERROR

For any items that may be damaged in the post, received in error or are faulty please contact us through the eBay messaging system or click "return this item" next to the item in your purchase history in My eBay, a Pre-Paid returns postage label will be provided via eBay.  Please ensure you send the original invoice or a returns slip as this is required to process your exchange or refund.
