MID CENTURY MODERN HOMECREST PATIO SWIVAL CHAIR #1 IN VERY GOOD ESTATE CONDITION.  There is some minor paint loss to the metal frame.  The cushion has some minor spots but no holes to the fabric.  Overall, it is in very good condition with light wear.   Measures 33 1/2" high, 26 1/2" wide and 24 1/2" deep.
