Breathtaking over-sized Kashmir Kani shawl elaborately designed with traditional Kashmir hand woven in wool.

Vibrant color combinations featuring amazingly intricacies.  Amazing workmanship and detailing. Every prominent, fashion-conscious Victorian woman had at least one as part of her trousseau.

In very good condition for its age and previous use as an outer shawl used by the Victorian woman to protect her elaborate clothing on important outings where a coat would be too cumbersome or nearly impossible over the larger bustled skirts of the day.

   There are some very tiny holes—MUST SEE THE PICTURES!!! There are some white spot as well in the center--MUST SEE THE LAST PICTURES! This shawl needs repair.  This shawl never being washed dry-cleaned or pressed.  This shawl is in its original state.   This shawl is smoke-free and has no odor.
