- Domestic shipping rates apply, discounts given for additional items.
- If Item is Free Economy Shipping - no shipping charges apply.
-Orders are packaged
and shipped daily during normal business hours. Orders are not processed during
weekends and national holidays.
-Items are shipped according to shipping method requested at time
of purchase. Processing is 1-2 business days. Most orders are shipped
within 24 hours Monday thru Friday. Morning orders are
generally shipped same day.
-We only ship to confirmed address provided to us by Ebay.

Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied
or would like to exchange your item, we provide a 30 day return policy.
-Returns must be received within 30 days of initial request
-Please package items carefully for return (items damaged on the return trip
may not be refunded)
-Refunds (less original shipping and return shipping costs) are issued within
1-2 business days of receipt of original item sent
-Restocking Fee may apply
COST OF PREPAID
RETURN LABEL & ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS THAT SELLER PAID CARRIER WILL BE
WITHELD FROM YOUR REFUND - A RESTOCKING FEE MAY BE APPLIED TO RETURN.
If the wrong item is returned the buyer must provide a prepaid shipping label
if they want the incorrect item back. If the buyer does not provide a return
label within 30 days, the item is forfeit. If the correct item is not received
within 30 days, the refund will be denied
The product(s) MUST be received in the same condition as shipped. If the item
is returned damaged or otherwise unsalable and out of return policy window the
return will be denied or 50% of the refund will be withheld. Pet apparel is
non-returnable if worn and/or covered with pet hair. Items must be returned
shipped packaged appropriately.
-If you are returning a shoe PLEASE NOTE: A shoe box is not a shipping box item
should be returned in proper shipping container.
-If state item defective or doesn't work - explanation is needed.
-If you feel description is inaccurate - please describe inaccuracy.
REFUSED DELIVERY OR UNABLE TO FORWARD: If a customer refuses to take delivery
of an order, the customer will be charged all shipping fees associated with the
order.
LOST PACKAGES: We cannot control the delivery methods of the U.S. Postal
Service Military Postal Service, UPS, DHL or Federal Express. All
carriers may leave packages unattended at door steps, porches and back doors.
It is critical that you take steps to secure your packages when they are
delivered. If you do not receive a package and believe it was lost or stolen,
please contact us through your order details and/or by phone. We will try to
assist you in finding any misplaced package. Your local U.S. Post Office does
have geo-tracking technology which tells them exactly where a package has been
delivered.
