If your order has visible damage to the outside of the package; TAKE PHOTOS BEFORE opening the item and KEEP any notice USPS attached (USPS usually requires photos of damage to the package so DO NOT throw package away.

NOTIFY me immediately. (I will contact USPS and begin the damage claim process.)

To speed up the process please take several photos of the package in the condition you received it, include any notice your local USPS may have attached regarding the damage.

If the postal inspector chooses to request an examination of the damaged package they will contact you directly to schedule a time.
