You will receive 2 belts for the price of one.  Belts typically run about 3-4 sizes smaller than the printed size from the Dominican Republic.  I am a size 32-34 and the 38 belt runs a little big with about six inches extra space.  This belt would fit someone with a 34-36 inch waist with a little extra space.  Anyone size 38 would still most likely fit the belt but have to buckle at the last few notches.
