Orders are prepared and packaged for shipment on Monday afternoon's and Thursday afternoon's. Orders ship out on Tuesday mornings and Friday mornings.

We are in the greenhouses working the rest of the time. Growing and caring for these plants is very time consuming so that is where the bulk of our time is spent.

We believe in quality family time that is why we are closed on weekends and all holidays.

Care Instructions: The plants in pictures are a example of what you will receive. Each plant is well rooted and ready to be planted. I recommend starting them in 2" pots. And only move up to next size pot when it becomes root bound.Do not over water them. Keep them moist but not soaked. Use a fast draining soil mixture. Feed them during the spring and summer with liquid Miracle Grow every 2/3 weeks.Do not put them in direct sun. They like softer indirect light. Protect the from temps below 40

THE BLOOM PICTURES USED IN MY LISTINGS ARE MY PICTURES THAT HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM MY MOTHER PLANTS! 

With the proper care, lighting and temperature these plugs will bloom this year. Christmas Cactus will bloom the very first year they are grown. Christmas cactus are not like so many other plants that you have to wait years for them to bloom.

These plugs are very healthy, very well rooted and with the proper care will live for years and years to come.

WARNING: Always retrieve packages from the mail as soon as it is delivered. If left in a mailbox during freezing temps it will kill the plant(s). If left in mailbox during extreme heat it will kill the plant(s), It is the buyers responsibility to track the package and get it as soon as it is delivered. Tracking information automatically uploads so buyer is able to see exactly what day there package will arrive. So buyers please make sure that you are going to be able to get your package as soon as it arrives. Seller not responsible for plants that are dead due to being left out in the mailbox in extreme heat or cold.

I will package the plant carefully for shipment and tracking information will automatically be uploaded so please keep track of your package and retrieve from mailbox as soon as it is delivered. Please do not leave package out in extreme heat or cold. The plant will die. If you can not immediately retrieve your package and open it please make arrangements for someone else to do it for you. The plant needs to be taken out of the box ASAP upon delivery.

NOTICE: If your plant arrives badly damaged I will need photo proof of the box and the plant in order to send out a replacement. A leaf that comes off during shipment or minor breakage does not constitute serious damage. I will only replace the plant if it is badly broken, crushed, etc...

ALL OF OUR PLANTS ARE GROWN IN A GREENHOUSE COVERED WITH SHADE CLOTH (SO THEY WILL NOT BURN IN OUR VERY HOT CLIMATE HERE IN THE SOUTH). WE DO NOT USE ANY ARTIFICIAL LIGHTING. THEY ARE KEPT IN NATURAL TEMPERATURES UNTIL THE WEATHER TURNS COLD. WHICH WE DON'T GET A LOT OF VERY COLD WEATHER HERE. ALSO OUR PLANTS ARE SPRAYED REGULARLY TO PREVENT ANY INSECTS OR DISEASES (THAT IS WHY SOMETIMES WHEN YOU GET YOUR PLANT(S) THERE MAY BE A RESIDUE ON THEM). DURING THE GROWING MONTHS THEY ARE FERTILIZED REGULARLY. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER ABOUT GROWING CHRISTMAS CACTUS IS DON'T OVER WATER THEM!!! I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH.
