I have here for sale 2 VOLUMES bound in 1 book of  POETICAL WORKS of  ROBERT BROWNING, with portraits.  Published in 1902 by SMITH ELDER, London. Text in 2 column layout.  Beautifully bound in vellum with lovely decorated spine, it really would look wonderful on anyone's bookshelf. 

Robert Browning was an English poet and playwright whose dramatic monologues put him high among the Victorian poets. He was noted for irony, characterisation, dark humour, social commentary, historical settings and challenging vocabulary and syntax.

Half bound in vellum over red boards. Gilt title lettering on brown block and gilt embossed floral decoration  to the spine. Gilt fore-edges. Foxing to the endpapers, otherwise the pages are clean and bright. This book is in very good condition, tightly bound with no loose or missing pages xvi, 748; vii,786pp.

20cm x 14cm.

Postage and packing : I know that you will be looking forward to receiving your order, each book is carefully wrapped in packing paper ( I have changed from bubble wrap to try and reduce my use of plastic) and posted in a Jiffy bag if size permitting, if not it is double wrapped in corrugated cardboard, brown paper and then securely taped. 

To keep the cost of the postage down to the most economical level per book, you may consider buying more than 1 item from my eBay account. You can then request a combined postage cost and I will combine the items into the fewest parcels as possible - saving you money :)
