Pressed steel toys by the Ny-Lint (Later Nylint) Tool & Manufacturing Co., Rockford, IL, are considered  by many as among the best of American toys.  Company was formed in 1937 by brothers Bernard and Ragnar Klint of Rockford and David Nyberg.  The name of Nylint is a combination of both the Nyberg and Klint.   It was incorporated under the name "Nylint Tool & Manufacturing."
Front wheels turn with steering wheel; most decals intact; operating instructions included; cab rotates; heavy metal, weighing 8.5#.  They don't make them like they used to!!

Notice the decals read:  Ny-Lint.  This may indicate an earlier manufacture date.  The manufacture date may be as early as 1953 and as late as 1965.  I have tried to determine exact manufacture date but so far, I have not been able.
Cab swivels on the frame. It has outriggers on the rear.  Not all of these cranes had them.  That is the reason I am tending towards the earlier manufacture date.  It be that competition from other manufacturers forced them to lower the price, and by eliminating these neat outriggers, it allowed a lower manufacturing cost.
