This is a complete set of Arri MB-16 matte box.

It will work on 15mm diameter rods only

Comes with top and sides flaps, set of 5 hard masks, 2  and 3 stage 4 x4 filter holder, 80mm and 95mm light prevention ring.

Everything comes in a big case but if the case is not needed, as it will increase shipping cost, I can send items well wrapped separately as shown, for example, in one of the pictures.
