Has wear and tear on the bottom of the bag, minimal and not noticeable while carrying or using. Handles are in great shape, no signs of wear and tear or scuffs. Inside pockets look brand new, zippers are shinning and well functioning. Missing the shoulder strap, other than that everything else is still on the bag from day 1!
