These are SPST / Single Pole Single Throw switches. So connects one single wire to another on / off. The LED Illuminates when on. Very dimly at 12V DC as these are 230V LEDs 

Note the Blue ones have a mains rated neon lamp not LED so light up orange under the blue switch top and will only light with more that 90 V. The rest will light dimly from 12V upwards or brightly at 230V AC Mains.

They are available in four colours: Red, Green, Blue, Yellow.

125V AC 20A

DC Current is not specified but as DC switching is harder on the contacts I would suggest half the AC value or 7-8A at 12V DC.

Terminated with 7mm wide Spade Connectors that also have holes for direct soldering.

There are 3 pins - two silver in colour and one brass coloured. Marked 0 for Off and 1 for On with LED Illumination if connected.

Connections:

Power goes to the centre Pin (Live AC or DC +V) and the load connects to the other silver contact on the edge (zero end).

The Brass coloured contact is the return path for the LED so connects to Neutral if using AC Mains or Earth (0V) for DC - please see the image for this.
