We only accept payment through PayPal with eBay checkout; we do not accept private offers outside of eBay. 

Payment is due within 8 business days of the date your auction ends or, if applicable, your invoice date. Any special arrangements need to be made before you pay. 

We only allow bidding from users with registered PayPal addresses and physical locations in the continental United States.

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm PST. We answer and ship during business hours. We do not ship on weekends. We ship within one business day of cleared payment and will only ship to registered PayPal addresses and physical locations in the continental United States.

We strive for excellent customer service and delivering quality products. We will only allow returns if we're contacted within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact us within that time through eBay messages is there are ANY issues with your item/s so we can work to resolve the issue. Please do not open a case in the resolution center before contacting us first. We would like to address any problems before returning the item. 

If an item needs to be RETURNED, we will be happy to issue a Return Material Authorization number and email you a return label.

We will not accept returns on items that have been modified in any way or have been damaged during installation or use.

Before leaving us negative or neutral feedback or less than a 5-Star DSR rating, please give us the opportunity to make things right or let us know what we can do to improve.

Sales tax will be charged if purchasing from SC or NV
