Original Arby's Kid's Meal toy from 1991.
These were originally part of the BABAR'S WORLD TOUR - STAMPERS set.
Each measures approx. 2¾" tall and has a rubber stamp for personalizing a book!
Those WITH covers, the ink pad has long since dried up - some have started disintegrating within the cap. Rubber stamp itself is still very usable with any other ink pad. For all -- they do show signs of use, and ink residue.
