Vintage Spun Cotton Angel Figure 3" Orange Decor Chenille Arms Heart Mouth. Approx. 3" tall x 3" wide. The head leans forward a bit, and the wings can be shaped. Beautiful face with sweet heart-shape mouth. As found; no issues that I see, but please see all photos.
