SOLID BOOK!

This is a rare and highly sought-after comic, "Fantastic Four #52" published by Marvel Comics in 1966. It features the first appearance of the iconic superhero, Black Panther, created by the legendary writer Stan Lee. The comic is in a G+ to VG+ condition and is a first printing, key classic. 

With new launch of Ultimate Black Panther in 2024, this character is once again hot.

I am not a professional grader so I took many high resolution images for you to decide.

Some issue that I can see are:

• Staples show some signs of rust
• Wear on spine especially around staples but they are in tight
• Some discoloration/staining inside front cover and inside back cover and back cover
• Creases that break color on front cover and some that don't
• Some stain on inside left bottom of spread as shown, maybe a printer error
• There is a small crease on inside back right cover (that isn't a tear)
• Overall gloss diminished on cover

Some positives I see are:

• Staples are secured in center of book and on outside (though some wear around them on outside cover/spine)
• Nothing missing inside book
• Solid book
• Lays flat
• Nice cover centering/placement
• No creases, writing or tears inside book
