Antique, over 130 year old book in overall very good to near fine condition. Exterior is overall very clean with a few vague and light soiling spots to the covers and with text and design to the front cover and spine well intact. Interior of the book is clean and well intact. Endpaper covering the gutter at the front inside hinge shows some minor tatter though there is no cracking of the hinge. Interior of the book is overall clean with some minor toning as well as a few minor, margin tatters to some pages. Book's binding is tight and well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing.

Book totals 403 pages followed by a brief period publisher's advertisement. Book measures approximately 7 3/8 x 5 3/8 x 1 1/4 inches and weighs about  1 1/4 pounds.
