This is a vintage pendant light, with a metal leaf and flower shaped shade that encloses a milk glass globe. It NEEDS TO BE REWIREWD. I can't see a makers mark on the item, so I have looked up similar items and most seem to be French or Italian. There are signs of wear and tear as would be expected through age and use. These are primarily some wear to the paint on the metal. These along with the general condition and approximate size of the item can be seen in the photographs.
