TITLE AND ARTISTS AS IN LISTING TITLE ABOVE

Let's remember the great British artists who regularly recorded for the EMBASSY RECORDS label.  They were recorded in London - New Bond Street to be precise - and pressed by the U.K.'s independent record company of that era, namely ORIOLE RECORDS LIMITED and only available in the U.K. from the nation wide chain of F.W. WOOLWORTH & CO. LTD.,  These records were often ridiculed for their sometimes unique renditions of the current popular hits of the time - however - some 50 years on EMBASSY RECORDS are highly collectable and their recordings are appreciated by the more mature music connoisseur.

After a  lifetime of collecting and producing Cover Versions, I have finally decided to offer for sale my EMBASSY 7" 45 rpm record collection.  There are literally hundreds and hundreds of discs to be cleared.  Their condition in my opinion is superb for their age.  I am not prepared to waste countless hours individually grading each disc as EX/VG/VG+/FAIR/GOOD as many people do (and are sometimes challenged) and you can still end up with CR = Crap.  If they are good enough for my Collection, then they should be good enough for yours!  

If you are in any doubt about this, please purchase from another eBay seller.  

The photo listings are just a snapshot of part of the collection.  Wherever possible, the disc will be in an original EMBASSY sleeve (not 100% guaranteed).  On the odd occasion, there may also be WOL but this is somewhat of a rarity.  Each record is listed as a single purchase and will be sent in a designated cardboard envelope and will be dispatched via ROYAL MAIL Large Letter post.

Message to Information Gatherers - I am not a charity or a public reference library.  I could write a book regarding the U.K. Cover Version history - BUT - I have better things to do, so please do not bombard me with stupid questions!!!  Though I am always prepared to answer what I believe to be sensible questions.
