Small sewn booklet with illustrations, a large fold-out map, and four black and white plates on glossy art paper. The corner of the publication is bent/creased all the way through the page and covers (see photos). The front cover has some paper stuck to the left hand side, and clearly had a page adhered which has been mostly removed. There is also a 'Duplicate' stamp partially visible at the top, plus a pencilled number and note, plus the word 'Entomological' and 44 810 in pen at the bottom of the front cover.
