Shipping

  • For reliable delivery of your purchase, we use FedEx Ground or USPS delivery service. We do not ship on weekends or holidays as we are closed for business. When purchasing an item with free shipping, we reserve the right to select a different carrier other than what is shown in the listing. We will use either USPS or FedEx Ground, at our discretion for any small packages.

         (NOTE: Unless you paid extra for a specified shipping service or you have provided your own shipping label, then we will ship as requested.)

 

  • We are not able to ship on Weekends and on any major USA observed Holidays, we are closed for business.

         (Monday - Friday shipping only, exceptions to major Holidays). 


  • All freight shipments will do require standard 5-12 days delivery and a Signature is required for delivery. Please make sure to add a valid phone number as this is needed by the shipper to schedule a delivery time and date after your item leaves our facility. This applies to all larger items including; (55? or Larger TV?s, 55" or larger Commercial Displays,  Server Racks, Laptop Carts, Large Printers, Mobile Workstations, 55? or larger Smartboards, Server Frames, Large cabinets, Large Server systems, or any other item requiring freight shipping).

  • Larger items shipped via freight carrier are a dock to dock deliveries. Freight shipments to residential addresses are curbside service only, the buyer is responsible for getting the product from the truck to their home.
  •  

    • Free shipping is not available for customers in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, or International customers.

     

    • Due to carrier restrictions delivery cannot be made to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

    Customer satisfaction is our top priority. In order to offer competitive prices in today's marketplace and continue to provide exceptional service to its customers we offer:
    • We offer 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on every item we sell, (This does not apply to factory sealed software which has been opened from original packaging). Only software which has not been opened from factory packaging (Unbroken factory seal) can be returned per our return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with the item, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Brand New Factory Sealed Software cannot be returned once opened from the factory packaging (Broken factory seal). Please verify the software purchased is correct or that it will work for your needs before breaking the factory seal.
    • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by us must accompany all returns.
    • We will be unable to process an item without an RMA number - please contact our Customer Service to obtain one (we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might cause).
    • Buyers must notify us within 14-days of receiving the item to obtain an RMA number.
    • If the item does not match the eBay listing description - we will send you the correct item or refund your payment in full. (Return for Refund or Return for Replacement)
    • Physically damaged or defective on arrival (DOA) items must be reported within 24 hours of arrival to qualify for a damage claim.
    • RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issue.
    • All returned items must not be tampered with and should have all of the parts and accessories included with the item.
    • Please allow 5-7 business days for all refunds (after the product is returned to us).
    • All shipping charges for returned products are to be paid by customer. 
    • All international returns (including Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and US territories outside of Continental USA) must be prepaid by customer, (via both ways).
    • Products must be in resalable condition in its original packaging (undamaged, no labels) with all original manuals, software & accessories.
    • Customer is responsible for goods returned to warehouse undamaged. 
    • Charges will apply for all missing parts.
    • All refunds will be processed through the corporate headquarters only. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing. Shipping is not refundable.
    • All returns must be in original packaging condition and require an RMA number. Packages without an RMA number on the package will not be accepted.
