So yeah, I LOVED this cute little top that one once considered a dress.  Unfortunately it shrank dramatically in the wash the first time it was cleaned.  So it is now what I'd consider a fun ruffle TOP, but sadly my fat arms and broad shoulders will no longer fit.  Has super cute details with a flare or ruffle bottom.  Puffy sleeves and a cute messy dot print. Lined.

Size Large... But I'd assume more of a medium now.  To be honest, I'm not a fabric expert, so I don't think it will shrink any more, but you may want to hand wash just in case.
