Payment Guidelines and Expectations

• Card Breaks:  Payment is expected within 24 hours of auction ending

  • Breaks are time sensitive!  If payment is not received within 24 hours after the auction closes, you will forfeit the spot(s) and/or team(s) you bid on.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

• All Other Sales:  Payment is expected within two days (48 hours) of the auction ending

  • An "Unpaid Item Dispute" will be opened automatically if payment is not made as outlined in the listing above

Where Do We Currently Ship?

• We currently only offer shipping within the United States.  Military addresses and additional locations serviced by the USPS may be eligible, however we ask our buyers to contact us for eligibility and to receive a shipping-and-handling quote before bidding

  • CANADA:  We will make some exceptions for Canada on a case by case basis.  Canada is restricted in all of our listings by default.  Please contact us for approval and include your FULL SHIPPING ADDRESS with your request for eligibility

Shipping Discount Eligibility

• Sports Cards - Team Breaks:  $4.25 shipping and handling

  • Additional teams - $1.00 each additional team

• Sports Cards - Multi-Team Breaks:  $5.00 shipping and handling

  • Additional Spots - $2.00 each additional spot

• Single Sports Cards - Price Varies:  See listing details above

• All other items:  See details in the listing above

Additional Shipping & Handling Info

• Delivery Confirmation is included on all orders

• We will only ship to the address you provide eBay during checkout

• Handling time is two (2) business days (Monday - Friday only)

• Our shipping and handling fee includes any/all of the following:

  • Shipping mailers, boxes, bubble wrap, air pouches, cardboard dividers, top loaders, additional insurance, etc

Return Policy

• Sports Cards (Opened AND Sealed)

  • All sports cards, either from breaks or individual listing sales (single cards and sealed boxes) are sold as is.  For these listings, no returns are allowed, as all sales are final

• All Other Listings

  • Returns will only be accepted for defective items only

  • What qualifies as a 'Defective Item'?

    • Any item taken out of an UNDAMAGED delivery box that does not work or is broken.  (If an item arrives in a damaged shipping box or is broken/does not work, but damage appears to be caused by neglect of the carrier, DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT!  At this time, a shipping insurance claim will be opened for reimbursement.  See the 'Dispute Resolution' section for information about how this process works.)

  • For any other reason, all sales are final

  • In the event a defective item needs returned, an identical replacement will be shipped to the buyer within two days of receiving the defective item back

    • Refunds will not be offered unless a replacement of the exact same item is not in stock when the return is received

Dispute Resolution

• Issues Related to the Delivery Carrier

  • We recognize that, from time to time, issues can arise that are out of our control (package may be lost in transit, damaged by the delivery driver, etc.)  In these rare cases, we need to work together collectively to resolve the matter per eBay's Dispute Resolution Guidelines.  This involves working with eBay, the shipping carrier, and being patient as the process works out properly through the official eBay Resolution Center

  • The item must remain in the possession of the buyer as the delivery carrier completes their end of the investigation

    • The item needs to be retained in the same condition it was delivered in, including the exterior shipping box along with all packaging materials used for shipping

    • Returning the item to the seller before the investigation is complete voids the buyer's protection in these cases

  • After the review is complete, eBay's Buyer and Seller Protection Programs will make the final decision as it relates to any form of reimbursement the buyer may be eligible for (if any.)  This decision is final, and no additional reimbursement will be given beyond this decision for any reason
