This card is DEFECTIVE and will need to be repaired or used for parts. Graphical artifacts, low resolution, device manager shows CODE 43, but since this is a defective card no functionality can be guaranteed. Card is mildly dusty with minor cosmetic blemishes. Both fans are damaged and there is a small dent in the plastic cover beneath the left fan hole(see pictures).
