This Nude doll is a Barbie Doll from a Dreamtopia mermaid rebodied onto a caucasian original sized Made to Move body, previously the yoga doll w pink swirl pants. She is from my personal collection of dolls and was only displayed for a short time.  For most of the hybrid dolls, the skintones match well but there may be slight differences on some dolls.
