We do not tolerate purposeful damaging/breakage of purchased items and putting the blame on the Royal Mail/courier as an excuse to return the item/s for free. This is despicable & fraudulent behaviour and an investigation with the postal service will take place then eBay will be notified of the outcome and will be placed on the buyers record for future reference
