Please notice (we get these inquiries frequently) that some joy-cons do not fully lock in place and if you give them a firm push they pop off. That does not mean the joy-con are broken, Nintendo made newer models this way to prevent cracking if hit hard. But we thought we would mention this to clear up the perception that the joy con is broken if it does not fully lock. The left and right joy-con's on this console do not fully lock.
