Picture cardboard sleeve is in very good condition.  Slight fading on top back. Minimal to moderate corner rubbing.

Printed inner lyrics sleeve is in excellent condition.

Record has been test played and has been found to be in very good plus condition.  Slight background surface crackle apparent in quiet areas that has been reflected in the price.
