Picture cardboard sleeve is in fair condition.  Corner has been clipped looks like to remove tag. Picture taken. Some rubbing on corners and minimal ring wear.

Printed inner lyrics sleeve is in again fair condition.  The clip on cover went through to the inner which has led to corner tear. Some rubbing and creasing.

Record has been test played and has been found to be in excellent condition.
