Picture cardboard sleeve has been conservatively graded as fair. Edgewear and small price sticker. Edge split on bottom where record has cut through. Also on spine. Facings are ok. Please see picture

Inner sleeve is in good condition. Again edge splits but is a generic sleeve so can be replaced.

Record has been test played and again has been conservatively graded as very good condition.  Its closer to very good plus but there are a couple of clicks here and there so I have down graded slightly.
