Picture cardboard sleeve is in good plus condition.  Some moderate corner rubbing. Some surface paper removal that can be seen in the picture.

Printed inner lyrics sleeve is in good plus condition.  Integrity is fine but there is some staining on top left.

Record has been test played and has been found to be in excellent condition.
