Picture cardboard sleeve is in very good plus condition.  Some corner and edge rubbing but nothing too major.  Does not affect the facings at all.

Printed inner lyrics sleeve is in near mint condition.

Record has been test played and has been found to be in very good plus condition.  Only downgraded due to there being a small mark on A1 that causes clicks on rotation for about 30 seconds max. No skips or anything. If it wasn't fir that I would have graded as excellent.
