Does not fit early iPhone 4 with Phillips case screws, only iPhone 4 made after Spring 2011 with pentalobe (5 point star shape) case screws (check the screws by bottom charge/sync port to see they look like the ones in the listing photos bit profile).
Fits bottom case screws on all iPhone 4S & iPhone 5 models.
Brand new quality small precision screwdriver, bulk/no packaging.
