If you've purchased a part from Steele Rubber Products that does not fit or perform please contact us. If a part is altered or damaged in any way, we will not be able to accept it for return. If you have questions regarding installation of our parts, please contact us before altering a part.
Parts are accepted for return (including refunds or exchanges) only in the units purchased. We will accept only the entire package for items sold in pairs and the entire strip for items sold by the foot. Parts returned must be undamaged and be re-saleable.
We encourage you to pre-fit parts before installing. If you have any questions, please contact us before altering a part.

We generally do not refund shipping charges unless we ship the wrong part or there is an error in this listing.
For orders shipping Internationally, customers will be responsible for all shipping, brokerage fees, duties, taxes or other fees. For countries which parcel post packages cannot be insured by the U.S. Postal Service, package safety will be the responsibility of the customer and all losses will be borne by the customer. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Oversize items may require an additional charge. Rigid items over 60 inches in length may not be eligible to ship to countries outside the US and Canada. Contact us before purchasing and we may be able to cut it to a length that meets the shipping guidelines while being long enough for your application.
