Shipping and Packaging

We will do our best to ensure that each order is shipped in the time listed. However, shipping and handling can take longer in some instances, therefore we will not issue refunds based solely on a longer than expected delivery date! We do everything possible to package our products properly and safely to help avoid shipping damage, however, shipping damage is still a possibility.

 Transit times are provided by the carrier, excludes weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

Postage

This Price/Postage Does Not Cover Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, or Scottish Islands & Highlands. Please note that there is additional charge please email us before you commit to buy if you live in these areas.

The courier service delivers goods anytime between 7.30am- 6.30pm weekdays only.

It's a customer's responsibility to ensure that there is someone to receive the goods. If no one can receive the parcel please leave a note with instructions for the driver in your order.

All unwanted items must be returned complete and in a re-saleable condition at the buyers expense.
