Business Policies

Import duties and Charges

  • We ship the item from Japan. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
  • These charges are normally collected by the shipping company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
  • In the case you refuse to pay import taxes and item is returned, we do not issue a refund of shipping cost and ebay fees we paid.

Return and Exchange policy

  • All returned item must be unused, unopened and undamaged in the same brand new condition as it was delivered to you.
  • If the item does not under the 'brand new' condition, we will not be able to make a full refund.After checking the item and estimating its condition, we will decide the percentage of the refund (80%, 50%, etc).All packaging, manuals, warranty cards, box and accessories must be sent back with the item.
  • The item must be sent back via any carrier that provides tracking number.
  • In the case the item is returned due to postal problem or your absence, and you hope to cancel it even though ebay requests/cases limitation is expired,unfortunately we cannot refund ebay fees as well as shipping costs we paid.

About Warranty

  • Warranty period is complied with manufacuture regulation.When repairing, unless manufacture in your country can deal with it, you might have to send the item to Japan.
  • We handle authentic product only, however our transaction is via auction site(ebay).Therefore we cannot make a definite promise that manufacture branches of your country can accept repair.
