All items are sent via Royal Mail and you will have the choice of First or Second class delivery at checkout. Orders received and paid for before 1pm are usually dispatched same day and you should receive your order within 1-3 working days depending on the service used. We always combine postage and charge an extra delivery for each additional item purchased. If you do buy multiple items please wait for us to send you an invoice with combined postage before making payment. You can select an item to be sent via recorded delivery if required and a signature will be required upon receipt of the item. We always keep a proof of postage receipt and this can be provided upon request. International postage is available and the price will depend on the total weight of your parcel.

WE OPERATE 14 DAYS NO FUSSY RETURN POLICY.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from RETRO ZONE VINTAGE eBay Store, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (i.e. Jewellery). Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below. Return or Exchange an Item If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition with the delivery note (invoice) or return form clearly stating the situation of return up to 30 working days after day of delivery. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. If you fain too take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this result in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

*Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility except in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations or the entire order was faulty. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery. This is based on the UK national postal service.
