1. Item will be shipped within 3 working days after full payment is received. You should receive item within 2-4 weeks. Email us if not receive items after 21 working after full payment sent.
2. If there are in Chinese holidays or weather anomaly, shipment will be delayed, please be assured that we will arrange shipment as soon as possible, thank you for your understanding and support to us.
3. We only ship to the approved address given in PayPal payment. Please make sure payment address in PayPal is correct. Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered on PayPal are not in our full refund or replacement policy.
4. Please provide your phone number, it will let you receive the goods faster, no phone number we can't delivery item to you.
5. For strong magnetic products, we can only through the EMS delivery, such as servo motor.
Payment Method
1. We accept PayPal only. We ship within 3 business days of receiving payment.
2. Serious bidders only, please. Orders will be cancelled and an unpaid item dispute filed if payment is not received within 16 days of purchase. Therefore, please make sure it is you need before buy the product. After the purchase and don't want to pay it, please contact the seller to cancel the order as soon as possible.
Return Policy
1. Please note that do not overhaul or open our product, if it have some questions, please contact us. If without our permission overhaul or open our products, we will not accept the return refund.
2. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product within 14 days of your purchase. For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt, and the product must be in original condition, including the box, packaging, and all accessories. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
3. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You should pay for the returned postage. Then we can issue full refund to you after the returned item arrived at our warehouse.
