Average delivery times: EU 3-15 days; USA and Canada 7-25 days; the rest of the world 10-30 days. Our hope is that your order always arrives on time, but shipping times of standard international deliveries are highly dependent on the courier company and local customs/duties. Various reasons such as inclement weather, full warehouses, increased sick leaves etc. may cause delays, we apologize and thank you for your understanding in advance. - If item is defective or not working on arrival, please let us know within 7 days after receiving the product. Returned item has to be new, unused in its original condition. Please repack it carefully. Returned items will be checked and if found defective, the buyer will be shipped a new replacement item immediately, free of charge, without any additional cost of shipping. If the item is not found defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer expense.
