Massim New Guinea betel nut mortar, spatula and pestle1940s

Well used Massim equipment for chewing betel nut.  The mortar as a simple incised design around the rim.

The pestle also has a spatula at the reverse end.  This was collected in the 1940s.  It is in excellent condition 

for its age
